Black, Hispanic Kids At Least Five Times More Likely To Be Hospitalized For COVID-19

Racial disparities in the U.S. coronavirus epidemic extend to children, according to HuffPost.

Two sobering government reports released Friday show how race does change how COVID effects us.

One of the CDC reports looked at children with COVID-19 who needed hospitalization.

Hispanic children were hospitalized at a rate eight times higher than white kids.

Black children were hospitalized at a rate five times higher, it found.

The exact cause for this disparity has not been nailed down, as of yet.
