India has achieved another grim milestone in the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic,the total no.
Of cases have now soared past 20 lakh.
A record surge of 62,538 new cases was registered in the last 24 hours.
With 886 deaths in past 24 hours, the death toll has reached 41,585..The recovery rate stood at 67.98 per cent this morning.
The countrywide figure stands at 20,27,074.
In the last 24 hours, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh were the five states that recorded the highest surge in Covid cases.
India has crossed 20 lakh coronavirus cases in 190 days after Kerala reported the first patient on January 30.
