COVID-19 testing: India crosses 2 crore mark

Number of COVID-19 tests crosses the 2 crore mark in India.

2,02,02,858 tests have been conducted till August 2.

According to the Indian Council of Medical Research, 3,81,027 tests were conducted on August 2.

Along with this, India reported single day spike of 52,972 COVID positive cases in the last 24 hours.

India's COVID-19 tally has risen to 18,03,696 including 5,79,357active cases.

Over 1 crore people have been cured from the virus so far, toll reaches 1,186,203.
