Chemicals and Fertilizers Ministry announces development of medical device, bulk drug parks

Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers, Sadananda Gowda on July 27, held a meeting on guidelines for setting up bulk drug parks and medical devices parks in the country.

CEO Niti Ayog Amitabh Kant, MoS for Chemicals and Fertilizers M Mandaviya were also present at the Press Conference.

Mandaviya said, "Three bulk drug parks will be developed in the country in partnership with the states at Rs 3,000 crores.

4 medical device parks will also be developed with a government grant of Rs.

100 crores for one park."
