Study Links Cinnamon To Blood Sugar Control In Prediabetes

A new study has found that Cinnamon may improve blood sugar control in people with a condition known as prediabetes.

According to CNN cinnamon may slow the progression to type 2 diabetes.

The study published Tuesday in the Journal of the Endocrine Society, who studied 51 people with elevated blood sugars for 12-weeks.

Cinnamon has been used for thousands of years.
