Assam CM inspects flood-affected areas in Chirang district
Chief Minister of Assam, Sarbananda Sonowal inspected flood affected area in Assam's Chirang district on July 21.
CM also met locals affected by floods.
According to Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA), over 80 people have died and more than 53 lakh people are affected across 30 districts.
Additionally, agricultural land has been affected while thousands of people have been evacuated from the flood-affected areas.
