Protesters are seen attempting to pull down the first ring of barbed outside the US Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon.

The footage was captured today (July 10) near the diplomatic building in Awkar.

The filmer wrote on Twitter: "Condemning the interference of the American administration and its ambassador in Lebanon's internal affairs.

"Rejecting the unjust US blockade of the Lebanese people, in solidarity with the American people against racism.

"We invite you to demonstrate in front of the American Embassy in Awkar."
