There is confusion and frustration, so many mixed messages about mandatory masking.

Have we gotten to the point that no one really knows what to do while we wait for a vaccine?

Should there be a national mandate to mask?

How do you enforce that?

Seems like we are just trying to buy time to help hospitals and wait for a vaccine.
