If you want your voices heard, make sure that you're talking to the right leadership and make sure that these energies are buying channeled in a way that's productive.

Throwing a rock- having a person have to pay for that long after you're gone...using those emotions just for one second is not enough.

We have to understand that these measures of progress have to be sustained over long periods of time to actually create real change."
