Fort Wayne's tall grass/weed program begins

Neighborhood Code Compliance is responsible for enforcing the City’s Tall Grass/Weed Program, which calls for weeds or grass to be no taller than 9 inches.

Fort wayne residents will now have to make sure their yards and weeds aren't any taller than 9 inches.the city's tall grass and weed program starts today.if you have a concern about a yard, you can either call or file the complaint online.you will need the yard's specific address for the property to be looked at.

If your yard is found to be in violation you have five days to take care of it before city crews mow the lot and you are sent a bill.
