Cyclone Amphan: 'Odisha will not face damaging impact for more than 2-3 hours', says IMD DG

The Director General of India Meteorological Department (IMD), Mrutyunjay Mohapatra Odisha on cyclone Apmphan said that Odisha will not have damaging impact for more than 2-3 hours.

"Bhadrak and Balasore (in Odisha) will continue to have damaging impact for 2-3 more hours.

After this Odisha will not have any damaging impact," informed IMD DG, Mrutyunjay Mohapatra while addressing a press conference in New Delhi.
