FM announces atomic energy related reforms

Finance Minister on May 16 announced reforms related to atomic energy sector.

"There shall be a research reactor in Private Partnership (PPP) model only for the production of medical isotopes.

Technology Development cum Incubation centres will be set up for fostering synergy between research facilities and tech entrepreneurs," said Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.FM Nirmala Sitharaman made this statement while addressing media about fourth installment of economic package announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the view of coronavirus.
