'Excited to see my family', says passenger after reaching Hyderabad via special train

A special train carrying passengers from Delhi has reached Secunderabad Railway Station on May 13 amid coronavirus pandemic.

The passengers were screened and stamped for home quarantine, with indelible ink, after reaching at the railway station.

Indian Railways has resumed services of special air-conditioned trains from May 12 amid lockdown 3.0.

While speaking to ANI, one of the passengers Mahesh said, "It was a good journey.

I am very excited to see my family.

I am going home after six months." There are total 1326 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Telangana.

According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of COVID-19 active cases rose to 47, 480 with 2415 deaths in India.
