Long queues were seen outside liquor stores in the national capital despite the state govt announcing a 70% hike in prices.

A man was seen showering those standing outside the liquor shops with flower petals.

Meanwhile, in other areas people complained about the lack of clarity over the arrangements.

Standalone liquor shops have been allowed to open from Monday even as the country remains under lockdown over Covid-19 cases.
