These videos show a 92-year-old busting shapes at her ZUMBA classes - keeping up with her instructor 60 years her junior.Retired Rachel Philitsen began dancing as a child - with tap dance becoming her passion. When she moved to Miami in 1968, she found a love for zumba and a friendship with her instructor Rina Martinez Rincon, 35. The pair have now been dancing together for four years, Rachel attending two of Rina's classes a week.  New York-born Rachel said:  "You have to move otherwise you get rusty."Rina's a great instructor and she's a good dancer that inspires you. "I love music and I love dance - I enjoy it very much."When I was younger, I attended dancing school - I tap danced. "From then on I was interested in dancing and music. "When I could, I would be in some dance class or other."When Rachel moved to Miami, she saw an advertisement for an exercise class to music, and thought that would be 'wonderful.'Venezuelan-born Rina has been teaching zumba in Miami for four years - she met Rachel in one of her classes. Talking of the pair's relationship, she said "Rachel has been dancing with me for the four years that I have been working in the studio that hired me to teach the zumba classes. "Before she attended my three classes of the week - today she only attends two because it is hard to keep up the pace and she doesn't want to do Zumba Gold yet."She is currently 92-years-old and is fine - yesterday we talked for a while on the phone. She is locked in her house to avoid being infected with the virus."I love zumba because of that beautiful connection that I have with the public. "I love to dance and it is my way of expressing myself too." She's encouraging everyone including Rachel to keep active during social distancing. She said: "It is important to prevent people from becoming sedentary because of their mental health and more in this situation. "Exercising will entertain you and lower the level of stress that we are carrying at the moment. "Plus it is an important part of a healthy lifestyle - exercise prevents health problems, increases strength, increases energy and can help reduce stress. "It can also help maintain a healthy body weight and reduce appetite.She added: "Zumba has blessed so many - it is for any gender, man woman, children and the older. "Zumba works the mind, body and soul. "It is happy hour - that's what my students tell me. "Seeing their smiles on their faces makes me so happy - always at the end of class, someone comes up to me to say thank you for the class. "They are dancing, so I make them feel like they are at a party. "They regain their self-esteem - I'm moving from instructor to a psychologist, you should already give me that title!"
