Some have continued to crowd beaches and party on booze cruises, often taking to social media to brag.

Now, Business Insider reports twenty-eight Texas spring breakers who recently vacationed in Cabo have tested positive for the coronavirus.

Local media reports the young people chartered a plane with 70 people to get to Cabo.
