Clapping Marbella residents quarantined for 14 days for Coronavirus precaution

Residents of Marbella, Spain are clapping from their balcony.

From March 14, no one will be allowed on the street because of the coronavirus.

A day earlier, almost all public places closed their doors.

This is mandatory by the state.

Marbella is a tourist place that heavily dependent on tourism.

This will be a serious blow to all local businesses, small and big.

Tourism has gone downhill since 2018.

During the New Year's Eve, everyone hoped that 2020 would be a better year.

This again proves to be a false hope thanks to the arrival of the coronavirus.

According to World Health Organization there are 4,231 confirmed cases and 120 deaths in Spain.
