Boys and Girls Club gets $10k donation for its programs

The Lyn Treece Boy's and Girl's Club received a very energizing gift Wednesday afternoon.

Wednesday afternoon.

Huston electric arrived with a pretty large check.

Literally and figuratively.

Huston electric hosted a golf outing last year to raise money for a worthy community program.

The program they chose was the lyn treece boy's and girl's club.

The donation will have a big impact on the already positive environment of the club.

It's one where they will be able to receive highly impactful and quality programming, academic support, tutoring, mentoring and other citizenship like programs. this gift will help with help with programs and the day to day operations of greater lafayette's two locations.

However, they could always use more people to come help out.
