A retired doctor on board a cruise ship that docked in Cambodia last week after being turned away at five other ports said the mood on board was "very depressive" and "very anxious" in a video he filmed on Tuesday.

Nearly 200 passengers from the Westerdam have returned to their home countries, with another 300 passengers slated to fly off from the country's capital, Phnom Penh to Dubai if they test negative.

An American woman who had been on board tested positive for the new coronavirus.

"People were getting really anxious, the mood was up and down, we wouldn't know what comes next, and we had to cancel the flights out of Tokyo.
