Elvis Costello picks up OBE at Buckingham Palace

Musician Declan Patrick MacManus, best known by his stage name Elvis Costello, speaks about receiving his OBE from the Prince of Wales at Buckingham Palace.

Costello said he had initially thought to turn down the honour, but his mother had encouraged him to accept it.
