Julian Smith ‘not surprised’ by Cabinet reshuffle

Julian Smith, who was sacked yesterday as Northern Ireland secretary, says he is "not surprised" by Boris Johnson's Cabinet reshuffle.

The MP for Skipton & Ripon has been replaced by Brandon Lewis.
