Oppn claims foreign envoys in Kashmir meet only pro-govt groups| OneIndia News

The second batch of foreign envoys arrived in J&K today to assess the ground situation in the valley after the abrogation of Article 370 in Aug last year.

The envoys are on a 2-day visit in the erstwhile state that faced months of tight restrictions following the stripping of its special status.
