This is the moment the final flight carrying evacuated Brits from coronavirus-hit Wuhan landed in the UK. Footage shows the plane, which was carrying over 200 passengers, battling the winds of Storm Ciara as it touched down on the runway of RAF Brize Norton just after 7:30am today (Sun).A video taken just over an hour later captured the moment emergency services helped escort seven coaches carrying evacuees from the RAF station to a Milton Keynes conference centre.The passengers from Wuhan, the epicentre of the deadly outbreak, will be assessed and will be held under a 14 days quarantine.The Wamos Air flight which arrived at the base in Oxfordshire just after 7:30am today (Sun) is the second and last flight organised by the Foreign Office.A spokesman for Foreign Office spokesperson said: "Our final flight from Wuhan took off at 03.20AM (local time) with over 200 passengers on board, including our staff who have facilitated the flight and medics. "Alongside British nationals, there are other nationalities on board."It comes as the death toll in China from the coronavirus has risen to 813, outstripping the 774 SARA fatalities in the 2002-03 outbreak.The first group of Britons who returned on a flight last month are currently being quarantined at Arrow Park, Merseyside. More than 37,000 people are now confirmed to be infected with the virus, with three confirmed cases in the UK. Earlier today (Sun) Spanish officials confirmed a British national had tested positive for coronavirus in Majorca. Yesterday (Sat) the French health minister declared five Brits has been tested positive for the coronavirus at a posh skiing chalet in the Alps.
