VARIOUS OF WATERSPOUT OVER WATER STORY: A Florida resident captured a waterspout swirling over the water off Delray Beach recently.

Chrissy Albertson told Reuters it was about 5-6 miles offshore.

"It was quite stunning," Albertson told Reuters.
