With it being such a mild January, some are wondering where the cold air is and if we will ever see it.

Signs are signaling to some colder temperatures for February as we see a jet stream shift focusing more on a northwest flow from Canada instead of a straight zonal flow right now from the west coast which doesn't bring cold air.
