BJP minister Sanjeev Balyan's cure for anti-Citizenship Act protesters has created a controversy.

In an outrageous remark, Balyan said at a pro-CAA rally in Meerut that the Centre should create a 10% reservation for western UP in colleges like JNU and Jamia.

This he suggested would ensure there are no problems any more.

Incidentally, West UP is notorious for its crime rate.
