Off-Duty Firefighter Rescues Residents From Jersey City Fire

A quick-thinking firefighter on his way to work rescued residents from two houses on fire in Jersey City.

Authorities say the flames broke out at one home around 7:30 a.m.

Tuesday morning and spread to another house.
