Guidelines for Trump's impeachment trial announced

President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial has some unexpected rules.

According to CNN, senators must refrain from speaking while the case is being presented.

Democratic Sen.

Jon Tester said: "It's going to be devastating for some [to not speak].” In addition to silence, the official decorum guidelines says electronic devices will not be permitted.

While some senators said it might be frustrating without their devices, others found it refreshing.
