- I was crazy back then.I mean, I'm still crazy, I don't know.And that's cause I'm from New York, okay?[light upbeat music][audience clapping]Jennifer, for your surprise showcase,please break down and show ushow to do an Bronx accent.Okay.[light bouncy music]Long island is morelike this, long island.Bronx is just much more, I don't know,it just comes natural to me.If I'm talking like I'm from the Bronx,I talk like this.That's how I talk.So I guess it's likeah's and stuff like that,but I don't know, I just do it.I do feel like there's a little bitwhere you talk a little bit fasterand you talk like you know everything.There's more of a mentality to it.It's like, you don't knowwhat you're talking about,I know what I'm talking about.You never know what you're talking about,I'm smarter than you [laughs].Cause you're dumb.And that's why I talk like this.[laughs]I don't know.And I'll punch you in your fucking face.[laughs] Okay?And I think New Yorkis more of an attitudethan it is an accent,but there is an accent to the attitude.I grew up in New York andso I didn't so much thinkabout a Bronx accent for her,even though she was from the Bronx.I thought of it more inkind of a New York sense.She was very much a pimpand somewhat of a gangster,you know what I mean,like she had the whole game figured out.I also thought like Ramonawanted to be more sophisticatedcause she was aroundthese Wall Street guysall the time and she felt likeshe was fitting in with them.I mean, she still waswho she was, you know.I didn't base her off of any one personand I made her a smokerand one of the things thatreally got me into characterevery single day waskinda having her lighter.I had like a little blinged out lighter.It was all like, diamondencrusted lighter.You know, traits of who Ithought she would really be.And immediately when Iwould hold the lighter,I would kind of [snaps]turn into this other personthat you're trying tomake me turn into now,but it's not that easy [laughs].[audience clapping][light upbeat music]
