(SOUNDBITE) (German) BAYERN MUNICH BOARD MEMBER, OLIVER KAHN, SAYING (on NEW JOB): "Pressure.

(laughs) Uli Hoeness put it beautifully when he said at the annual meeting that he hoped I would be able to fulfil all the expectations.

But such is life at Bayern Munich and I was here for 14 years.

I know how it works.

I know how high expectations are so I am not too concerned.

A great Bayern Munich coach once said 'those who sign a contract with Bayern must know what they did'.

I think this pretty much sums it up." 3.

(SOUNDBITE) (German) BAYERN MUNICH BOARD MEMBER, OLIVER KAHN, SAYING (on PAST AND FUTURE TITLES): "We won't allow ourselves to hand over the championship title this year.

The series we are currently going through is incredible, to be German champions seven times in a row.

The players haven't really grasped it yet but this is in fact something for eternity.

So is eight times.

I am sure that everyone is highly motivated to become German champion again this season.

At Bayern Munich we don't just want to become German champions.

The performance the team showed in the Champions League group was outstanding." MUNICH, GERMANY (FILE - SEPTEMBER 1, 2008) (REUTERS - ACCESS ALL) (CONVERTED 4:3) 5.
