The Party's Over: Airbnb Bans Party Houses After Mass Shooting

Reuters reports short-term rental platform Airbnb banned “party houses” on Saturday.

The move comes after five people were killed in a shooting at a large Halloween gathering inside a California rental home.

Police are still searching for the shooter who opened fire on Thursday night at the costume party.

Authorities say the party was attended by more than 100 people at the house in Orinda, less than 20 miles east of San Francisco.
