The studio is said to be eyeing new candidates.

Seth Rogen's name has been dropped to potentially portray Penguin, but discussions have yet to take place.

This comes just days after it was revealed Zoe Kravitz has signed up to play Catwoman in the movie.

'The Batman' is scheduled to drop in June 2021.
