Power Outage Causes Amtrak, NJ Transit Delays

Amtrak says an overhead power issue affected all trains in and out of Penn Station to North Philadelphia Wednesday morning.

Some passengers say they were stuck on NJ TRANSIT and Amtrak trains for nearly an hour with no power and no air conditioning.
