Mueller's Team Explains Why They Didn't Include 'Traditional Prosecutorial Judgement'

Attorney General William Barr concluded that President Donald Trump did not obstruct justice.

Yet special counsel Robert Mueller wrote a letter to Barr that objected that conclusion.

According to Business Insider, Mueller refers to Trump’s role in the Russia investigation.

Mueller’s team wrote that it declined to make a “traditional prosecutorial judgement” in the report.

They said they were restricted from doing so because of DOJ policy that prevents the president from being indicted.
