Queen Elizabeth II to Treat President Trump to Military Parade

Want to woo the president?

Treat him to a military parade.

That’s what Queen Elizabeth II will do, when President Trump and the first lady visit her majesty.????Buckingham Palace saying the president and the queen will survey her Coldstream Guards, receiving a royal salute before the U.S. national anthem is played.????Then the group will reconvene for tea at Windsor castle.

The visit will come after a black tie dinner with Prime Minister Theresa May.????May will also treat Trump to a military display of her own.????Trump was famously impressed by France’s military parade last July, leading him to push for his own in Washington, D.C.

Critics argue Trump displaying the superpower’s military might conjure up comparisons to Russia or even North Korea.????But for all the planned pomp and circumstance of Trump’s first trip to Britain, huge protests are expected, including the appearance of that inflatable Trump baby.
