According to police, the fatal shooting of a 60-year-old man Tuesday morning in Tampa's Seminole Heights area, is now the fourth one in a string of unsolved killings around the neighborhood.

Mayor Bob Buckhorn tells CNN, "It is all in the probably 10-block, 15-block area.

And so we're just going to do our good police work and hopefully get a break." According to authorities, the latest victim, Ronald Felton, was shot in the back while crossing the street around 5 a.m.

Police say all of the unsolved shootings are linked to one gunman, described as a black male between six feet and six feet two-inches with a thin build and light complexion..
