Everton 2-3 Brentford: Everton players gave everything against Brentford - Lampard

Everton manager Frank Lampard says his side "gave everything" in their 2-3 defeat against Brentford and did not disagree with the two red cards which saw his side go down to 9 players at Goodison Park.
