IPL 2021: Delhi Capitals pledge Rs 1.5 crore to city's fight against COVID-19

Delhi Capitals on Thursday pledged Rs 1.5 crore in support of the national capital's fight against the raging COVID-19 pandemic. The amount will be used to procure essential medical supplies, ranging from oxygen cylinders and concentrators to COVID wellness kits.

COVID: Lockdown continues in Delhi
The COVID-imposed lockdown has extended in the national capital. Police personnel kept strict surveillance in Delhi and kept a tab over vehicular movement in the city. Lockdown has been imposed to control the spread of COVID-19 and will continue till 5 am of 03rd May. On April 25, Delhi reported 22,933 new cases, 350 deaths in a day.
