Tamil Nadu tourist killed in Mathura for refusing to pay for liquor, 2 held

Two men were arrested in Agra for the murder of a 45-year-old Tamil Nadu tourist in Mathura. The victim, Kannusamy Venugopal, was fatally struck with a stone after refusing the accused's demands for liquor money. Venugopal had been visiting temples in Mathura for two weeks.
