HC allows '14 firms tied to Vivo' operate ED-frozen a/cs

The Delhi high court on Monday allowed 14 firms reportedly tied to Chinese smartphone maker Vivo to operate their frozen bank accounts but with the caveat that they must maintain the balance that existed on the day the accounts were suspended on ED's order in a money laundering probe.
