Supreme Court upholds bail for Sudha Bharadwaj, junks NIA plea

The Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld the Bombay high court’s order granting default bail to lawyer-activist Sudha Bharadwaj in the 2018 Bhima Koregaon case and dismissed the plea of the National Investigation Agency (NIA), which had challenged the high court verdict.
