NCP chief Sharad Pawar held a press conference on March 21 after former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh alleged Home Minister Anil Deshmukh of demanding extortion money from Sachin Waze. Reacting to Sharad Pawar's statements Maharashtra Leader of Opposition Devendra Fadnavis called the 'Maharashtra government' Pawar's product and said that therefore he believes it is his responsibility to safeguard it.
