Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Friday ticked off a BJP MP for making remarks while seated, trying to direct the Chair about the functioning of the House. Birla's action came during Zero Hour when the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP tried to suggest to the Speaker to call somebody else in the Opposition for speaking.
