India will not hold talks with Pakistan on SCO summit sidelines

India will hold bilateral meetings with Russia and China on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit at Bishkek this week but there will be no meeting with Pakistan said MEA Spokesperson Raveesh Kumar.
