WSOC-TV, virtual channel 9, is a dual ABC/Telemundo-affiliated television station licensed to Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. Owned by Atlanta-based Cox Media Group, it is part of a duopoly with Kannapolis-licensed independent station WAXN-TV. Both stations share studios on West 23rd Street north of uptown Charlotte, while WSOC-TV's transmitter is located near Reedy Creek Park in the Newell section of the city.
