Free Britney movement

The Free Britney movement is a social movement to grant American singer Britney Spears autonomy from her conservatorship, which began in 2008. The movement became popular in 2019, after the emergence of allegations involving Spears's time in a psychiatric facility early in the year. The conservatorship was terminated on November 12, 2021.
